Vivo V30 series release in India

Vivo will launch its premium midrange Vivo V30 series in India today, with a strong emphasis on the camera system. The Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro are expected to increase competition in the under ₹40,000 price segment, posing challenges for Redmi, OnePlus, and other companies.

Vivo India's official YouTube channel will live-stream the launch of the latest Vivo smartphone in India, the V30 series at 11:55 a.m. today.

Expected price of Vivo V30 in India

The Vivo V30 is expected to cost ₹33,999, and the Vivo V30 Pro could cost ₹41,999. If the V30 Pro is priced at around ₹40,000, it may face stiff competition from the iQOO Neo 9 Pro and OnePlus 12R. However, we will have to wait until Vivo's official pricing announcement for more information.

Vivo V30 specifications:

The Vivo V30 is expected to have a 6.78-inch Full HD+ OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate support. The smartphone is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. On the software front, the Vivo V30 is expected to run Vivo's FuntouchOS 14, which is based on the Android 14 operating system.

The Vivo V30 could have a dual rear camera setup, including a 50MP primary sensor with OIS and a 50MP ultra wide-angle lens. The smartphone will also feature a 50MP autofocus sensor on the front to handle all selfie and video calling needs.

Vivo V30 Pro specifications:

The Vivo V30 Pro is likely to have the same 6.78-inch Full HD+ OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. On the processor front, the Vivo V30 Pro is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset, which supports up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.

The Vivo V30 Pro could have a triple camera setup on the back, including a 50MP Zeiss Sony IMX816 primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP Sony IMX920 sensor with OIS, and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensor. There is also expected to be a 50MP Zeiss autofocus shooter on the front for selfies and video calls.
